We feel this is an improvement over the older “fisheye tours” that were so common a few years back. As internet bandwidth is expanded, we expect the quality of these clips to rise dramatically as well.

Keep in mind that people tend to speak out more when something is bad than when it is good so the results can be a little bit skewed

Well the good and bad thing about those adapters is that they are not serialized. So if you go and buy another one, everything will work just fine. You’ll be out $50 but it’s not like losing leased property or a cell phone under contract. On the next one you get, you can add a layer of security to it by using a rubber band or hair tie to make doubly sure that it doesn’t fall out of the keychain holder.

I got the fancy schmancy Iphone adapter much to my chagrin… as I LOVED my Treo 755 but broke down and got the Iphone. Anyway, the “handy” key chain does NOT hold on the the adapter well enough itself and it fell out somewhere between showings and or gas station. What does one do now?? Just buy another? Is there anyway to track it with my key number? Please help Thank you

Soon you will be able to use your iPhone to open Supra lockboxes. Send an email to iphone@ekeyprofessional.com with “iPhone” in the subject line to be added to our notification list.* We will be sending out updates on product features, availability and more.
eKEY Basic for iPhone will be available in late August of 2010.

eKEY Professional will be available in December of of 2010.

Great find Tony! I had not seen that yet. I’m not sure to be pleased or disappointed. I’m so glad it’s not a bluetooth FOB though. Yuck!

I’m with you 100%. Unfortunately, we have to pick SOME vendor. Thus far, I haven’t seen much to say that it doesn’t meet the primary goal of securing our client’s properties. But it’s annoying that security comes at the price of our convenience…
